Please don't remain silent or avoid YOUR park due to the bad behaviour of disrespectful, unsupervised kids. One individual has been reported to HPARD numerous times already by concerned parents on the playground with their kids enjoying the park.
We assure you that the constant littering of this group and the profanity of several is going to stop. My first encounter with the recent arrival living at Memorial Hills was unbelievable, and I've heard the same story over and over from homeowners, her neighbors at Memorial Hills, and everyone.
If your impressionable kid is hanging out with this group, take notice. Report issues and send photos, and your experiences at the link below. We're working to improve the park and if we have to have disrespectful kids banned from it or their parents fined for the litter they are throwing everywhere, we will. We share all information with HPARD and the Park Police, who are already very aware of this problem.

Click on the SignUpdate Tab for a Great Rededicated by Mayor Whitmire – April 19, 2025. We added two words to the name: Officer & Memorial. Thanks for Joining Us to rededicate the ballfield and meet the lovely Hearn family on "Tim Hearn Day" in Houston.
We have pledged to replace the aging 20-year-old ballfield sign with one that tells the the story of Tim's sacrifice. Donations are tax deductible. Please chip in today to help us with this important project. Our Mayor offered a touching tribute to his friend in April. The Hearn family & HPARD have helped design it -and the Hearns love it!
