We held a brainstorming session of stakeholders with a challenge to help make the Ballfield the Coolest Place to Play. For almost 100 years, we've been the preferred field in the city. This sign came out of the meeting. It's a fancy Outfield Distance Marker Sign on the back fence .

Because like Ms. Hearn, we felt the portable toilet fence area could use some work.

It's a project we took over from a neighbor who started then moved to California. It's a lot of paint and stain, ya'll /It will require constant touch ups, and its not done yet. So many great thank you's - because it's a lot of paint and time here.

Thanks to a Waltrip Alum who worked for Igloo and donated the coolers . We added the stands and pavers and locks to keepthem there and Bam! They will look great. Also, see the fun scoreboard top left. - Its on the way too.

We're really proud of this one. Two months after asking Abbie Kamin & the Mayor to pour a 220 sidewalk at the bridge, it happened. For our neighbor in the wheelchair, we saw in rush hour traffic one day, attempting to get to the bridge -this one was for you.

We keep the park spotless so in 2025 our fourth cleanup was in the neighborhood partnering with Keep Houston Beautiful. It was a fantastic day -84 big bags of trash collected by 32 teams. Thanks

You've seen our cones at the base of the bridge. They are slowing the traffic and forcing people to think as they cut through our neighborhood at crazy speeds. We'd love a flashing light.

Recycling. One of our first projects. We estimate tennis players have donated over 4000 balls for the dogs.

Help Us Bring Shade Back to Cleveland Park
We’re raising $5,000 to plant at least 30 new trees in Cleveland Park with Trees for Houston. Their team will handle permitting, tree selection, professional planting, and two full years of watering and care—so these trees don’t just get planted, they survive and thrive.
If you love this park like we do, we’re asking you to step up and help restore the canopy we’ve lost. Without new shade, future generations won’t be able to enjoy this space the way we have.
You can dedicate a tree in memory of a loved one, a friend, or a beloved pet. Lets do this!
