Exciting developments are underway along Montrose Boulevard! The Montrose Boulevard Improvement Project is enhancing pedestrian safety and connectivity by constructing a new pedestrian bridge over Allen Parkway. The project also includes improved drainage systems and tree preservation efforts, ensuring that the boulevard remains a vibrant and sustainable corridor for all. With construction expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026, the new pedestrian bridge is set to become a key feature in Houston's urban landscape, fostering greater community engagement and mobility.
